Site Survey
If you are unsure as to whether your chosen area to place your hot tub equipment is suitable you can check with us by email or telephone and send us photographs and quite often we will be able to advise using these coupled by a few questions.
Occasionally it might be more difficult to tell if the hot tub will fit or the area is suitable or if the access is clear enough. If we can't be sure by you measuring the area and photographs as a last resort to make sure we can set up safely, is to conduct a site survey. During a site survey we will check for you that the area and access are suitable for your chosen hot tub.
Please be aware it is your responsibility to ensure that there is a suitable area for any hire equipment ordered, should we not be able to set up or deliver any hire equipment then the full value of the hire will be payable even should we not be able to deliver as we will mostly likely have turned away other potential hires for your hire. We do everything to help so if you are at all unsure please talk to us and we will advise you.
Site surveys where we call out to visit are chargeable at £15 and are carried out at mutually convenient times. This is refundable upon hire of the Hot Tub.
